Akhirnya saya ketemu permasalahnya, teknis dari hosting kami yang memberitahu kalau ada pembatasan seting php di server untuk fungsi "readfile()". Solusinya telah melakukan pengubahan script di dalam file dengan nama 'timthumb.php' dalam directory "scripts" . Function "readfile()" termasuk di dalam disable functions pada setting php di server tempat kami Hosting untuk alasan keamanan. Solusinya "readfile()" diubah fungsi tersebut menjadi "echo file_get_contents()".
Akhirnya thumbnail bisa muncul kembali kembali disini :)
bagus theme nya.. berarti pasang theme juga ada kemungkinan gak jalan lantaran pembatasan dari pihak hosting ya.. saya biasa kalo ada yang gak jalan langsung "menyalahkan" script :D
